The location, Friedrichstrasse 38, with the Leysieffer bistro and the Meeresleuchten clothing store in the building, is only around 100 m from the main beach.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, zur Hauptmeile und zum Strand.

Wohlfühlen mitten im Trubel

Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben und wir (Ehepaar mit Labradorhündin) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz der Lage an der Friedrichstraße war es sehr ruhig. Toll war auch der kleine Garten, wenn auch nur mit Kieselsteinen, dafür aber sauber und gepflegt und perfekt zum Abstellen unserer Fahrräder. Autoparkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war immer nett, rasch und sehr hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

Eine vom Schnitt und Einrichtung ziemlich grenzwertige Wohnung . Adresse und Tel.Nr. der Familie Wieners wurden partout nicht mitgeteilt ( "fahren Sie bis Mc.Donalds" ). Nach Ankunft ca. 15.30 musste ich die Gechäftsinhaberin bemühen,Herrn Wieners tel. zu erreichen,um die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Im Internet sieht alles super aus,aber der grüne Garten ist z.B. leider eine Steinwüste. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Immerhin positiv: zentrale Lage,Ruhe, gut funktionioerende Heizung. Aber das war`s dann auch.
