Easy to find and arrived without complications. Staff friendly and very helpful. Suite was nice, clean and comfortable.

The staff was exceptional. The building is not well maintained. Shortage of amenities in the rooms (towels, cups, etc), shower door was broken, shower light didn't work. We were comfortable, but this hotel won't be a top choice to stay in the future. It's staff and distance from campus are its best features.

Hi Rachel, thanks for your honest review. We are proud of our friendly and helpful staff, but we know our building needs a little TLC. We have plans in place to get everything back in order, and we hope you'll visit us again and see our improvements!

The food was excellent, staff was friendly especially David at the check in desk. He was very polite, friendly and professional.

The desk clerk was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The lobby is large & attractive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean.

Toilet in our room was not working which I didn’t find out until I came in at night, but when I told them about it in the morning, by the time I got back from my appointment it had been fixed. Did see some dust bunnies on the floor and the room was really hot and although I tried to reduce the temperature, it did not work. The staff was very nice though and the restaurant breakfast was very good.
