Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα κήπο που μοιάζει περισσότερο με μικρό πάρκο. Η διακόσμηση είναι σχετική με την εποχή του σπιτιού (1960) και με τη θέση του δίπλα στην θάλασσα.
Η αυλόπορτα βγάζει ακριβώς στην πλαζ. Η άμμος είναι έξω και μέσα στη θάλασσα και τα νερά είναι πεντακάθαρα. Υπάρχει χώρος για τουλάχιστον 2 αυτοκίνητα στην αυλή. Η ταράτσα έχει εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο του Κινιου και προσφέρεται για ηλιοθεραπεία. Το ηλιοβασίλεμα είναι μοναδικό .

Das Haus ist entzückend, hat jede Menge Charme und die Lage ist perfekt. Besonders die Außendusche und die tolle Terrasse haben es mir angetan. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Helen hat uns jederzeit unterstützt, als unsere Fähre aufgrund eines Sturms ausgefallen ist.
