Theo made the check in process quick and easy. He was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rain shower was great. I wish the room had a microwave and glass cups for water. The room service menu had limited items. Thankfully, there are many delicious food options minutes from the Casino. The bath towels were thin and rough. Overall, great value for a quick overnight stay.

Beautiful and quiet and safe parking. Dinner was excellent beautiful presentation and energetic waiter! Many dishes I want to go back to try! Gen X show was fun and won on the slots! We will be back soon!!

The staff at the hotel were excellent very helpful very knowledgeable they have lots of security at this location and rooms are extremely secure you have to have security clearance to use the elevators to go up the hotel you are secured when you go into the casino as you exit it makes you feel very very extremely safe the one drawback of this hotel is the beds are extremely firm if that's something you like you'll love it the other thing is the dining options are good but service is I think maybe dependent on where you go we did not have a great experience at the Chinese food restaurant we actually ended up leaving because we had a show to go to and we had waited half an hour to be seated and then over an hour for our food and we were running into the time that our show was going to start so we ended up leaving now the restaurant did give us food for or give our dinner for free when we came back through when I spoke to the manager he said that he would do that and they did follow through with that which was nice but eating dinner at 11:00 at night was not ideal

Hotel and casino doors are in the same lobby which is pretty odd. Its also up an elevator to even get to the entrance to the hotel. So that made us drive in circles a bit.

You have to take an elevator to get off and get on another elevator to get to your room. The pool is tiny. It is right on off the freeway .. our view from floor 9 was of a neighborhood lol

The only issue we had was with the room/bathroom. The base of faucet (sink) is too mounted far from the sink. When washing hands or wetting the face rag, water is deflected all over the rear of the sink counter. When running, water has approx 1in clearance when flowing from the faucet and the rear edge of the sink. This is/was an annoyance.

The hotel casino was wonderful. They need microwaves in the rooms. The electricity in my bathroom went out on Tuesday morning. They need bigger wastebaskets in the rooms.
