With plenty of private parking and self check-in, arriving is easy and stress-free. Your personalized entry code will be sent 24 hours before check-in. The lockbox is conveniently located to the right of the deck entrance, making access quick and seamless when you arrive.

We`re honored you`ve chosen our home for your stay. Whether you`re visiting family, traveling for business, exploring Tacoma, visiting JBLM, or celebrating a special occasion, we hope you feel right at home. Please review the following house rules to help us provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: After 4:00 PM

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

Registered Guests

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours; however, any additional overnight guests or larger gatherings must receive prior written approval from Magnolia Property Rentals.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests.

All events must receive written approval before arrival.

Dogs Welcome

We understand dogs are part of the family.

We happily welcome:

Maximum of 2 dogs
Maximum 50 pounds each

To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, please:

Obtain approval before bringing pets.
Pick up after your pets.
Keep pets off beds and furniture whenever possible.
Do not leave pets unattended unless they are safely kenneled or crated.
Ensure excessive barking does not disturb neighbors.
Guests are responsible for all pet-related damages and additional cleaning costs.

Cats and other animals require prior approval.

Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

During quiet hours, please keep outdoor conversations, music, and entertainment at respectful levels.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, and any similar substances are strictly prohibited inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials safely.

Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Fireplace

The wood-burning fireplace is one of the home`s favorite gathering spaces.

Complimentary firewood is provided.

For your safety:

Never leave a fire unattended.
Fully extinguish all fires before leaving the room or going to bed.
Burn only firewood.
Never burn trash, cardboard, paper products, plastics, or other materials.
Outdoor Fire Pit

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

Please:

Never leave a fire unattended.
Supervise children at all times.
Fully extinguish fires before leaving.
Follow all local burn bans and fire restrictions.
Burn only appropriate firewood.

Safety always comes first.

Outdoor Grill

A gas grill is provided for guest use.

Guests are also welcome to bring and use their own charcoal grill if preferred.

Use grills responsibly.
Never leave a grill unattended while in use.
Clean the grill after use.
Allow all grills to cool completely before covering or moving them.

The House on Howe features a premium surround sound system and Smart TVs throughout the home.

Please enjoy them responsibly.

Help us respect our neighbors by keeping entertainment at reasonable volumes, particularly during quiet hours.

Complimentary parking is available on the property.

Cleaning

Please help us keep the home in excellent condition by:

Placing trash in the appropriate bins.
Cleaning up spills promptly.
Washing dishes or placing them in the dishwasher before departure.
Leaving the home in generally tidy condition.

Our professional cleaning team will handle the deep cleaning after checkout.

Safety

Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.

Guests assume responsibility for using the home`s amenities, including the fireplace, fire pit, grill, deck, hammock, stairs, and outdoor areas, in a safe and responsible manner.

Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
