The hotel is nice, I booked for a high floor city view, I didn’t get much of a city view and they unfortunately couldn’t do anything to switch me to a different room because of how booked they were, also there was makeup on the bed sheets, I don’t wear any face makeup like concealer or foundation. Not sure if it’s just stained..

I loved my stay at the marriott. I had only booked 1 night. But i enjoyed my stay here so much that i decided to stay an extra night. Friendly staff. Quick easy check in. Clean spacious rooms with incredible views. I like the fact that they had room service to order food. We decided to dine downstairs. They have a nice lunch/dinner menu. Food was amazing. They have a 24hr gym which i like. They also have an outdoor pool/jacuzzi that’s open till 11pm. 10/10 hotel. Definitely reccomend. I will definitely be staying here again.!

After trying to get a refund because i forgot if i was booked at marriot or courtyard by marriot. I went to courtyard first they called over and no one answered the phone so my daughter and i had very heavy bags and wanted to get to a room so i paid and once i got to room, I was able to use wifi to have better service and found it was mariott. The front said to call and i shoukd be able to get a refund because im still technically in the mariott. Well after 4 days i was informed i wont be getting a refund. So i pais 360 for 1 night at the courtyard. Such BS

Unfortunately I didn’t end up sleeping there do to my own person things but the upgrade was beautiful, the bed was firm but comfy when I did lay on it to test it. The room seemed quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you for the attempt at a great stay.
