So I was harassed,charged with a crime and cops were called.The employ work front desk accused of stealing a microwave.Day 1 to my leave I made front desk aware of no remote for TV and no microwave.She was tall,overweight and had black here.I will be going as to filing charges against her.As well as hotel as they allowed her to do that.

In town due to daughter having open heart surgery. So we really needed a place to recharge. However we were Very upset that the hotel was nothing like what is presented on your site. Hotel is old, and dirty. Around the building smells like weed and piss. The bathroom was moldy. Missing light bulbs. Holes in the shower curtains and bed spread. There are cars racing down the road right next to the hotel all night long. I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Lady working at the front desk was amazing: hard-working & kind. Management has not responded to Expedia's request for refund - as we did NOT stay at this property. We checked in, looked at room available, decided it was not habitable (smoking room w/years of smoker use; linens w/cigarette burns, etc). We booked a non-smoking room through Expedia; but none were available at property upon check-in. Would give management zero stars if I could.

Room was filthy, half the stuff didn’t work, and the staff gave my room away even though I checked in around 5pm. Only option left was a smoking room that reeked. The connecting door wouldn’t even lock unless I forced it. Dogs were left alone in nearby rooms, howling all night long. Stay away from this place.

Hotel was deplorable. Property was littered with cigarette butts. Workout room had slashed equipment, a filthy bathroom (including pee in the toilet), no paper towels, dirty floor, mirror and machines. The room had 2 lights out in the bathroom. Toothpaste residue all over the faucet and sink. A shower that wouldn’t turn on and a shower head that was coming out of the wall. The manager on duty was kind however oblivious to this being an issue. She offered to upgrade us to a different room and after looking at it, there was no way we could stay another minute. The manager of the property has never attempted to contact me per my request and has not refunded our money. We were there for less than an hour and couldn’t do it. It felt dirty and all signs pointed to a bad experience. So we left. It has been a week and a half later and the hotel is refusing to refund our money and done nothing to contact me. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a few extra dollars and stay in Tacoma.
