Centrally located this is a perfect homebase to explore Tacoma and the greater Seattle area. One block from light rail, you can take the tram to downtown and Tacoma Dome. Very close to the freeway to explore Seattle, Puget Sound & Mount Rainier.

This building is a historic 1905 home, where we’ve taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building. You'll be staying in our completely remodeled, daylight basement apartment.

It features a queen-size, medium density memory foam bed, air conditioning, convertible sofa for guests, 58-inch smart TV & a fully fenced backyard. The kitchenette has everything you'll need including:

• Stainless-steel, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave
• Keurig, French press and classic drip coffee makers
• Electric, 2 burner cooking surface
• Convection oven, air fryer & toaster
• Electric kettle
• Full set of dishes & cookware, including children's dishes

This unit also has a convertible sofa bed and a rollaway twin size bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

This unit has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. Please note that accessing this unit does require walking down a sloped driveway.

You will have access to a shared laundry room. The fully fenced backyard features a canopy and fire table to enjoy during the spring through fall.

This triplex is in the desirable North Slope historic neighborhood. You are within easy walking distance to Tacoma's best restaurants, shops, grocery, neighborhood pubs, Wright Park & more. Our triplex home is a beautiful historic property, over 120 years old, offering a unique and charming stay. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort. While most guests find their experience peaceful, you may occasionally hear sounds from fellow visitors due to the nature of the home. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the character and comfort of this special space.
