Hotel is close to train station which goes up to Zermatt. Only negative comment would be hotel lacks AC. Staff are very approachable. Breakfast is great. There are also some nearby restaurants to choose from. One has fondue.

Das hotel sollte schon lange her renoviert werden die Lage ist zwar nah zum Bahnhof aber dadurch das die Zuege an der Stelle aut sind ist es schwer einzuschlafen. Normallerweise sollten solche Hotels in einer anderer Kategorie sein. Auch ueberall die Schilder was man nich machen darf deuten eher auf ein Jugendherberge als aufs ein Hotel mit hohen Preisen.

Great location, awesome breakfast choices, friendly staff. It is one of the closest hotels to Zermatt and the hotel offers a less expensive ride to Zermatt itself only 10 minutes away

Overall a nice place to stay. The triple bed room was very tight though and we got the room on the 4th floor where it felt even more cramped. The shower definitely needs redesigning. Other than this, everything else was great. Franco at reception was very nice and shared good recommendations.

We enjoyed the value accommodation and it's proximity to the Zermatt Shuttle. The included breakfast was perfectly respectable and fed us well. We found there was little in the way of comforts other than the bed in the rooms, but appreciated the small balcony. Train noise might be an issue for very light sleepers, but was acceptable for us. I would say the underground parking requires sprucing up as it is quite foreboding right now.

It was the perfect little place for what I needed, walking distance from the Täsch station, as well as available parking underground, they also allowed me to keep my car parked there after check out so I could go to Zermatt and back which worked out perfectly.
