Door didnt lock after getting unlocked (from the outside). My stay was short, so it didnt matter so much for me (I was able to chain the door from the inside, which was fine).

The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them with more information each time. I would appreciate a more straightforward approach.
