Perfect weekend away with energetic kids

It was the perfect place to stay for a night with two adults and two 7 year olds. The trip was a last minute decision and the space was perfectly laid out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We grilled for dinner and the kids swam until the pool closed. We also sat by the fire and roasted marshmallows. The kitchen, dining, and living room layout was perfect for the 4 of us. Would recommend and do it again!

Was disappointed with the pool and jacuzzi. Need major upgrades. We did not have any trash bags in our room and only 1 very small and 1 med size trash can. We were there for a few days, so it made it somewhat challenging. However, the staff is excellent and so pleasant and helpful! It's a family friendly place but very close quarters, so be prepared for alot of noise at the Lodge rooms. We would have preferredt separate cabins.

Wow! I found this place by chance, but it was thee perfect ideal place for my family and I. Cedar Glen Lodge truly embodies the North Lake Tahoe vive. Staff is very kind but our favorite part of the whole experience, was their garden with available grill and fire pit. We were able to do our very own cooking and meal prepa out there. I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Cedar Glen Lodge!

A Sweet and Spotless Cabin

The front desk staff were so friendly; the room was SPOTLESS; the location is central: we’d stay again without hesitation. The only suggestion for improvement would be for them to replace the towels, which were small and thin. (The washcloths were plush and new.)

The staff was incredibly helpful. There were many options for families on the grounds. The nightly fire pit was s’mores; the swimming pool; the putting green; all offered nice options.

Got away

This is a very modest lodge with older facilities but the grounds are much better than almost any of the comparable properties that were available at similar prices. All in all we were very satisfied for the price. It was very comfortable for our two night stay and we really liked the ambiance and closeness to the lake.

Beautiful place & fabulous bed!

Excellent bed! We slept 10 hours a night! Our room had everything you need! Well equipped! The only thing it needed was a ceiling fan. The last day was hot & there was no fan. Easy walk to the beach!
