External games room: With pool table, table tennis and darts board. Washing machine and tumbme dryer and boot room shared with Owner. Garden with barbecue. Grounds (shared with the other property on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Electric vehicle charging point (for emergency use only).
