半夜警報器大響造成住客恐慌

一進櫃檯有個中性女生態度、口氣超差好像欠他幾百萬，Hotels.com寫24小時入住結果下午3點才能check in，服務員告知時態度差。 入住期間住高樓層電梯還壞掉，重點是第2晚睡到凌晨三點鐘警鈴突然大響並未即時告知旅客，造成住客恐慌！等到我們自行打電話下去才告知是因別房客人洗澡熱氣觸發警鈴，警鈴過於敏感從評價上看到卻未改善。當日早上與旅店反應未獲得任何補償，或是看見他們的應對措施，攸關性命的事完全感受不到旅店對此事的重視！雖然主管從電梯壞掉到警鈴半夜大響都十(態)分(度)客(散)氣(漫)，但來台南玩再也不會來這間旅店入住了！！！

環境不錯，但有煙味

環境不錯，雖然🚭，但是白天出門晚上回房後有很重的煙味，不知道是打掃的有抽煙還是其他房客有在室內抽煙，因為味道是從浴室的排風口近來的，因為我們住的那間沒有窗戶。

一進到住宿樓層就有菸味，雖然有寫禁菸但感覺沒有確實管理，廁所蠻大的，但毛巾上面有死掉的小蟲，而且熱水不熱，根本就溫溫的，喝水的杯子看起來很髒，床睡起來會癢癢的

房間整潔度還可以，但店家的口頭誠信有待加強。因此次訂房無法取消或更改，打電話去旅店表明欲加價改住有窗房型, 店家當下確認住宿日期尚有有窗房型並說好現場加價費用，但住宿當日到達現場，櫃檯人員卻改口說已無有窗房了，令人傻眼。

位置不錯，房間尚可

在中西區位置不錯，距離大部份旅遊點也可以步行到達。 房間設計不錯，唯洗手間有味道，感覺是由喉管發出來，亦看見有細小昆蟲在飛。有試過洗澡要赤條條等待五分鐘才有熱水。窗簾阻光不夠，可能需時帶眼罩睡覺。大堂服務也周到。

一般飯店都會提供免費停車 當我打電話去飯店請飯店人員預留停車位 飯店人員也沒有提醒需要收費 到達現場才由櫃檯人員要收取費用 感覺不太好 一進房 就發現地上還有一個果核沒打掃乾淨 其餘房間還可以 空間很寬敞
