First of all, the staffs were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the location is very strategic. It’s only a short walk to Ximen. Last but not least, the bed is very comfortable. I like everything there. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Taipei.
Good side: Only it's a new hotel and clean room
Downside : Worst to pay for this value without service!
- No human & hospitality service in this hotel. So it's annoying that you can't get some essential info from hotel staff about the restaurants, transportation or sightseeing around the hotel
- Difficult to check in (We called and LINE to the hotel for 20 mins waiting to access to the hotel lobby!) why clients have to contact them in advance as they should know from the booking about the guest check-in date!!! Terrible after a long flight to waiting just for getting in to the lobby.
- If you have no humanity service, you should prompt respond in a phone call or line if guest need
- The hotel description said luggage storage service but the reality has no human in this hotel how can you drop your luggage in the lobby without storage room or human to take care?!!!! So we can't drop our bags until we get the room and also can't drop our bag after check out!!!!!!
- No room make up even you pay for 2 nights hotel NOT HOSTEL. No cleaning tag service at the door so no room makes up???!!!!! If you need any supply from the hotel you have to LINE the hotel for communication and YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALL BY YOURSELF!!! e.g. pick up new towels, toiletries supply which runs out of it!!!! Imagine if you don't bring those toiletries with you how can you stay in this terrible hotel service!!
- Hotel is far away from everything... No international restaurant around (Only the very local one)
