Depending on the room you get can be a bad experience. Our room faced the street and traffic and subway noises were horrible. Sleepless night to say the least. Couldn’t switch room since they were sold out. Since we are only staying one night toughed it out. Everything else were ok, service was good thought

We stayed in Room 1413 facing the street and MRT. It was very noisy at night and we can barely sleep. It’s definitely NOT “Sound Proof” as listed on Expedia website. This kind of false advertising should not be allowed and Expedia must do a better job in verifying hotel listings.

Best value for the price in Taipei, convenient location right across from MRT, two stops from HSR. Hotel offers large size room with all amenities, staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is amazing, I would stay there again!

I can tell that the management team did a lot of training, and it works out well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The water pressure is so great! Breakfast choice is limited but decent. Close to trains and buses, groceries, dining places, and convenience stores. I recommend it!

Hotel is nice. Great location and across the street from MRT. The only set back, they will charge you 300 USD if you lost the plastic key card. Also, the bathroom shower is defective and will spill all over. Seems like an after thought. I would say this is a really good hotel and location if you need access to MRT
