Room was very clean. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Had a small issue with a light not turning off but the front desk solved it even at 1 am! However, the hotel is VERY hard to find. Otherwise, great location and staff!

很棒的住宿經驗，早晚班的櫃檯人員很客氣，親切，雖然是舊了點的飯店，但，整體環境是乾淨的，值得下次再造訪 若要說缺點，公共區域 芳香劑味道太重了點，比較不舒服

繁華街のド真ん中にあるホテルで、とても観光向きで良いと思いました。入り口を探すのに手間取りましたが、慣れて仕舞えば問題はないです。西門町の人気のお店がたくさんあるエリアですし、部屋も清潔で広くてとてもよかったのでまた利用をしたいです。
