The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Replace key into the lockbox at all times so you don’t get locked out. Another key is on the kitchen bench for you to use. Please leave this second key on the bench when you leave.
Please rinse recycling and put in yellow top bin, (with glass in small green bin). Make sure rubbish is tied off and in red top bin, (so tidy as rubbish/ recycling is only taken every two weeks).
Strip fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases off any used beds, (excluding duvet covers), along with bathmats, & start a wash, (& ideally, put first wash in the dryer once washed and start 2nd).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
