The accommodation, situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator (not recommended for people with reduced mobility), is ideal for couples or families, with a maximum capacity for 3 guests and a baby. The apartment stands out for its careful soundproofing and modern design, divided into two main areas: 1. Living Area (Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). A spacious, open-concept, and very bright environment. This space features:
A fully equipped kitchen. A dining area with a table seating up to 4 people. A very comfortable living room equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Large windows overlooking an interior garden, which isolate the room from the noise of the main avenue and guarantee total peace and quiet.
2. Rest Area. An intimate space, perfectly isolated and designed for recharging your energy. It includes:
1 master bedroom equipped with an extra-large double bed (King Size) and its own workspace. 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and forced ventilation, conveniently located between the dining room and the bedroom.

The closest is the Pío XII underground parking (300 meters away on the same avenue), where you can pre-book a daily rate online. Another convenient option is the Prado parking, located about 700 meters from the apartment.
