The valet was so busy, he had difficulty finding time to help us with our luggage, and so the front desk had to assist. The breakfast is always good. The sliders we had for dinner were delicious and the server was great, although the menu was limited. The room was clean but tight for wheelchair use. I paid for a room with a view and we first were assigned a room with no view at all. The next room was very far away which made it difficult with our luggage and my husband’s disability.

There was dog food under the vanity in the bathroom upon arrival. No one said it was a pet friendly room and both my sons have allergies. I think they should have designated rooms for guests with allergies. Dark gloomy hallways, unhelpful staff at the front desk. Felt very damp in the room and the hotel itself overall felt cold and unfriendly. Usually stay at Hyatt house in railroad district, but due to ongoing construction and the blocking of local roads, figured we would give another hotel a try. NEVER AGAIN. My husband, both sons (9 and 22) and I were all not impressed and will not be back.

Arrive at the property no parking. Only valet $40 a night. Room was not cleaned. Lady at the desk told me they would give me compliment breakfast ending up having to pay $56.00 for juice, toast and yogurt for two.
