We got a flat tire on the interstate about 60 hours out from the hotel and drove in on a small spare. I made an appointment to have the tire replaced, but the earliest appointment was for 10:00 a.m. I asked for a late checkout because we would need to move all our luggage etc to the back seats to access the tire and I would need to leave my 18 and 14 year old children. I was told I would need to pay $25 extra to check out even 30-60 minutes late. I think this is absolutely ridiculous, and we will not be staying here, or at any other Best Western, again.

Hotel looks old on the outside but it’s very nice on the inside. Rooms look new and were very comfortable. Free breakfast and parking, both awesome to have. Convenient enough to FSU. Only complaint, they would not let us check in early without paying a fee. That is crazy, room not ready okay, don’t give the room early sure, but at least process the paperwork.

My room did not have a desk and chair. This was not made known to me upon checking in. If the room does not have all of the amenities offered for a stay the room should not be bookable until it is ready. Outside of that it was a pleasant stay.
