Had to make an unplanned stay but got it at a great price. The hotel was OK and served its purpose. Interacted with a couple of staff members and they were courteous.

Amazing customer service they are able to deal with the most rude uptight individuals I seen it myself and they did it with an smile SELF CONTROL

I did not appreciate not knowing the kitchen did not come with utensils. I could have brought stuff from home and not have to buy them from the store. I have a family with lots of food allergies, so when out of town i must have a kitchen. The front staff was helpful.

Staff was not welcoming at all. She act as if I was bothering her when I walked in . She was on her personal phone when I first arrived and continued her conversation while checking me in not once did she even put the phone down.
