The room smell like smoke we told the front desk see came to spray but it didn’t help at all

I didn’t catch the name of the front office staff that checked me in this afternoon. She was polite, accommodating and just a lovely human. I had a long day of travel and it was most welcoming..

The place is ok but there was someone smoking weed on the same floor and smell took the whole 3rd floor I had to cover door with towels call reception 3 time and they didn’t do anything about me my wife and kids had to sleep with the smelly room
