Hôtel dont la clientèle est particulièrement bruyante. Petit déjeuner très succinct.

Publié le 11 mars 2016 sur HotelsL’hôtel est récent et bien agencé. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. L'insonorisation est faible, de plus une des deux nuits passées a été très mouvementé par la présence d'adolescents en manque d'expression jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.

In the room, it smell old, the fridge and dish washer outside was dirty. Didnt feel clean.

The beds were old & hard as a rock. Felt like we were sleeping on 12 year old mattresses. We asked to move rooms but were told that all the mattresses were all the same. We also only had hot water for one shower. Apparently, they had a water line break but it wasn’t repaired the whole 3 days we were there. We were told that we’d get compensated for the inconvenience but it has yet to happen & we’ve heard nothing from the hotel. I was in the lobby while several guests were checking in & not once did they inform the new guests that they didn’t have hot water in order to give them a chance to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Will not be staying here again.

Nice full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Near lots of restaurants.

Bathroom was awful
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI was disappointed with the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped up. The sink fixture had terrible hard water buildup. the shower water stayed lukewarm. The water never got hot. And the tile floor was dirty. The room was not worth the money i was charged. I will probably never stay at Home2 Suite.
