Incredibly spacious! The rooms with two beds were huge, and the two full bathrooms were great. The open kitchen/living area was enormous. Easy drive to FSU, and not too far from Lake Bradford. Great place to congregate at the end of a busy day.

The property was spacious enough. However, that hot water for the showers was lukewarm at best. The property could sleep 10 people but there were not enough utensils to accommodate 10 individuals. Also when we checked into the property, a couple of the appliances were not clean

Lots of Room

Great stay for us. Convenient to most anywhere in Tally. Plenty of parking and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Would book again. We didn't have any issues during the stay but Sam was great to communicate with through the entire process.

Big House, Missed Potential

The inside space was good for our big family however, the yard/patio area was not usable due to high grass and unmaintained patio furniture. Our kids did plan on playing in the yard so that was a little disappointing. The AC/thermostat was also an issue as it had presets that would raise the temperature high during the day. This caused us to come back to a hot house. The bathroom with the walk in shower was a little bit of a hazard as well. When walking into the bathroom, the flooring in the doorway had a lip and many of us stubbed our toes.

The photos are accurate descriptions of the house. The area was not absolutely amazing. Neighbors argued loudly in the yard Saturday night and Sunday morning. The house was a perfect size for our family of 7. The floors could use a decent mopping but other than that, it was a nice place.

Clean & plenty of room

We had a few families staying in this house for the FSU game & it accommodated us perfectly! The rooms were super spacious with plenty of beds! There were even 2 couches/futons that folded out perfect for the teenagers. The house was located on a quiet street next to a bike path, had ample parking, a large kitchen, and a fenced in backyard for little kids to run around. There were plenty of towels, bedding was cozy, and the house was clean. Only negative: kitchen could have a few more items for cooking/baking but we made do with the brand new grills!

Nice size, very clean

We chose this for an FSU football weekend. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7, was very clean, and had a great outdoor area with a firepit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. The house next door could use some work, but the neighbor was very friendly. We missed having a dishwasher, but would stay here again.

The home was as pictured and described online. Lots of room for the family to stay together - we really enjoyed the open kitchen/family room! Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and the owner was very responsive and helpful. This was a wonderful option for our family during a busy weekend in Tallahassee!
