You are invited to come enjoy your Tallahassee experience while staying at the private and elegant Pine Hill Gardens. Walk through your peaceful courtyard garden to enter your two bedroom in the heart of Historic Midtown. If you are looking for proximity to everything, a beautiful & secluded place to stay, and all the amenities of home Pine Hill is perfect for you.

Your courtyard entrance opens into your private living quarters. Your fully equipped kitchen and delightful dining area looks out through a wall of windows to the courtyard garden. You are also welcome to dine outside on the courtyard table and use the outside grill. From the dining room, step through the French doors into the classy comfort of your living room, where you can unwind, read, or watch TV. Next, walk through to the bedrooms. The light and airy master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and has a queen bed. The second bedroom shares the bathroom and has a trundle bed which easily makes a bed for two. If needed, the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Pine Hill is always stocked with gourmet coffee, linens, towels, and bath products.

The entire Garden Home is all yours! Your Garden Home is attached to the main house, but completely private. You are welcome to use the courtyard. Enjoy sitting outside and using the grill. The washer and dryer is available and accessible in the entrance hall as you enter.

Historic Midtown is the ideal location for any visit to Tallahassee. It is a stone's throw away from the Florida Capital. Just a stroll away, you will find Midtown's restaurants, libations, and live music. By day, Midtown provides shopping and cafes. A great home away from home

This property had everything we needed for a weeklong stay in Tallahassee. The amenities were appreciated. The location was great as we had to be at the Capitol everyday. Communication with the host was easy, too. Would definitely stay again!

Cute bungalow!

This place is adorable! I would love to highlight the pocket doors that separate the kitchen from the sitting room. There are games to play if you are traveling with others. I wish I could have enjoyed the courtyard! I was simply too busy this trip.

We used this specific Vrbo because it was close to TMH and that was why we were in town. A close relative was just moved into hospice care and we needed a place close to the hospital. Normally, when I'm in a Vrbo house, I do my best to fully enjoy the small details the host(s) provides, but during this stressful time, our sole focus was on our hospitalized relative. To make a long story short, our relative eventually passed away. The host was extremely supportive and considerate in their texts and that was very much appreciated during our time of mourning.

Respite from the storm

We stayed here as an evacuation from recent hurricanes. The property is cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the outdoor courtyard every morning, the walkable neighborhood, and proximity to FSU. Given that this is a private, but "shared" space, I had questions and texts daily to the owner, all of which were answered immediately and positively. We were made to be very comfortable and safe for our stay in a challenging time. Thank you!

Cozy comfort

Had a short, but great stay for parents weekend at Florida State. Location was a very walkable pleasant neighborhood and very quiet 
was about a 10 minute ride to all the activities that we came to Tallahassee for. Would definitely stay again.

Live like a local

This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Retreat

The apartment was very cute & in a good location. We enjoyed our time there. The difficult part of it was not getting hot water in the bathroom sink without letting gallons of water run. That was concerning.

Beautiful and Welcoming Property

This property felt like home. It was decorated in my style. I didn't cook any but there appeared to be all the items needed. Lots of hot water for personal care. There is what I would call a small English type garden with comfortable seating. It was a great place to sit and have tea. I don't often rate a property this high but there weren't really any down sides. Hostess was awesome. I will certainly stay again.

Great neighborhood and close to everything.

Did not know split plan where someone is sharing other half of house. Can hear everything thru walls. Baby crying. Have to reserve laundry day to use washer and dryer, but can only use 9-4. Most on vacation are out and about between 9-4. This should be included in listing regarding times and having to reserve a day to use. . I reserve VRBOs with laundry options as a prerequisite or I don’t reserve. Beds super comfortable. Great area.

Lovely garden-like hideaway

This is a sweet retreat from the hotel experience. Located in a lovely, old neighborhood, this “cottage” is fully stocked for overnight or a month. No, it’s not the Four Seasons but it was comfortable and cozy and perfect for our recent 4-day stay.

Convenient & Quaint

This cottage had what we needed for our quick weekend visit. The 6 of us slept well in our beds and the house was clean. While we didn't use much of the kitchenette mostly just the refrigerator, I noticed it was stocked with all the basics. I also appreciated the conveniences of things I forgot to pack like a blow dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. This was perfectly located less than 10 minutes from all the events we attended on the FSU campus. Thank you, Lela!

Pros: location, beautiful outdoor space, hosts were incredibly helpful when there was a glitch in the vrbo system, well decorated, nice linens and towels. Possible cons: it’s a compact space but as long as that doesn’t bother you, we highly recommend it.

Awesome weekend

This place was awesome. We had 6 adults so it was a tight fit but it was very clean and comfortable. Location was great as well. Would for sure stay here again. The host is very responsive.
