The hotel sucks because of the Virtual Check ins. After a certain time of night dialing “0” will not get you a front desk agent to speak with. The housekeepers were friendly but the whole virtual, meaning, you walk in and have to speak to guest services through a computer kiosk where you also receive keys. To be honest, that type of service completely conflicts with the term “hospitality”. Also, they had to switch my room because of a smell that they knew about before hand but did not inform me about. The lesson learned is to never stay at or trust a hotel chain that does not a staff on hand 24 hours a day.

Spot was ok. Little suspect but close to interstate and venue we were visiting. We ended up not staying as really didn’t comfortable with area. The price we paid definitely was not worth it. Didn’t talk to receptionist face to face as it was done through a kiosk type set up but they were pleasant.

I work overnight as a Nurse i work 3 in a Row plus another full time job on 819 i checked in and had to Leave immediately for work i didn’t get back to Hotel to sleep until 7:45 the 21 i got in took a nap in my Non Smoking room at 11:15 i get a knock on Door it was front Desk saying if i was stay over i thought i put check out 22 that would of been my last 12 hour shift long dto short i didn’t have a 3 day Departure as i had thought i had to check out as i was checking out front Desk said they have to fo a walk through before Deposit was issued i waited 10/15 min i asked what was taking so long they said u wont be getting deposit it smells like smoke i was liviid i only slept there one of the 2 nights did i mention i Dont SMOKE cops 👮 were called they ended up giving me my deposit they were trying to charge a cleaning fee for 3 leaves that blew in from when Door was opened there were marks on the Floor that could of come from Anywhere i Normally stay at Holiday inn But rooms were a little pricey thats y i Didn’t It was my first time at a Quality inn they tried to say i smoked i have never in my Life smoked Anything and if i did Smoke it would be in a SMOKING Room Not a Non smoking where it tells you No Smoking or you will be charged and yo say 250 cleaning fee for 3 Leaves that blew in and a small piece of paper that all Anyone had to do is bend over pick up the Cops thought it was Ridiculous But i will never stay there Again!!!!
