Enjoy the safety of a 24/7 reception desk and a grand hotel-style lobby. Located perfectly on the border of the medieval Old Town and the trendy Rotermann Quarter. Featuring soaring 4m ceilings, an exposed brick wall, and a cozy sleeping loft, it is the ideal base for solo travelers or couples. Elevator access in the building.

Our 22 m² two-level (loft-style) studio is designed to maximize character in a compact footprint.

Historic Atmosphere: You are staying in a protected heritage building. The apartment features a genuine 19th-century exposed brick wall and high ceilings, creating a unique loft vibe.

Sleeping Nest (Mezzanine): The queen-size bed is tucked away on the upper loft level. Please note: the sleeping area has lower ceiling height and is reached by stairs, creating a snug, “cocoon-like” feeling.

Comfort: We provide reading lights and a tower fan to keep the air moving on warmer nights.

Safety: The loft is secured with a sturdy railing, offering a view of the brick wall below.

Nordic-Style Bathroom: The bathroom is a compact wet-room style bathroom (the shower area is separated by a curtain).
Good to know: The floor may get wet during showers, but the underfloor heating helps it dry quickly.

Kitchenette: Everything you need for breakfast or light snacks. Includes a mini fridge, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and essential tableware.

At the steps of beautiful Old Town Tallinn

We visited Tallinn for our first time this past weekend. We could not have been happier with the location of our loft apartment. It was within steps of the beautiful Old City of Tallinn. The apartment and building were both in immaculate shape, a taste of the old and the modern. Our correspondence with Merje was pleasant in every way. We look forward to a return visit to Tallinn.

Lage perfekt

Schnell am Meer, in der Altstadt, im Rotermannviertel, top. Was leider sehr schlecht ist, wenn man wie wir gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft, ist der unglaubliche Straßenlärm. Da die Wohnung sehr klein ist, wäre es schön gewesen wenn nicht sämtliche ablage möglichkeiten zugestellt wären und auch nur 1 Schrank zum benutzen war, die anderen leider alle übervoll.

Kleines komfortables Appartment

Die Lage dieses kleinen und feinen Objekts ist vielleicht ein wenig laut, aber ganz nahe der Altstadt und im modernen Rotermannviertel. Hätte es Probleme gegeben, könnte man das ganz leicht mit dem sympathischen Personal im Empfang klären. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
