This gorgeous recently renovated villa is poised above Talloires, with spectacular views over Talloires bay. It has a wrap around patio with infinity pool, gym, outdoor furniture and BBQ. It is spacious and elegantly furnished with a new state of the art kitchen.
The house is set over 3 levels to maximise the views and slope of the terrain. The lower level includes a double garage, and gym area. From here you can internally enter the house into the living area or climb up the stairs at the side of the house to enter into the house. The first level comprises a large double height living space with spectacular views over lake Annecy. A large living and dining area with modern kitchen opens out onto a tiled patio with awnings for shade, seating areas, and an infinity pool.
On this level there is also a laundry, separate toilet, master bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 double bed and 1 twin bedroom. The mezzanine level offers an open plan relaxing area or office space and 2 further bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, as well as a Family bathroom.
The house is not suited for guests with disabilities or limited mobility/ Ce logement n’est pas adapté PMR
Please note there is no pool cover on the pool but there is a pool alarm. The pool is close from end of september to end of May
