The service was excellent people at the front desk and waiters. Excellent I would not hesitate to send anybody to your hotel. We were there for just two nights and three days and had a great time.

Property was good ,however croaches and other. Creatures made the stay uncomfortable

Disappointing

The hotel has great potential, but is being let down by poor management. The rooms are not cleaned properly, dirty glasses and plates were left for days. The bed sheets were never changed, and should have been changed every 2 days. We had to ask frequently for toilet rolls, as they had not been restocked although nearly empty. On arrival, the table on the balcony was dirty, and the ashtray full of cigarette butts. Food in the hotel was bland and very often cold. Choice especially breakfast was poor. Poor quality ham and chicken slices every day, no change. Very often we had to ask for cups, spoons, butter etc, as they had run out and staff did not check unless people complained. Drinks in the hotel are very expensive. I would not recommend this hotel, management need to train and supervise staff properly.

Only stayed for 2 days but it’s a pleasant hotel . Happen to stay a day on Sunday and it is crowded so I think if you stay the weekend, it’s best to reserve a place at the restaurant if you need to have your meals at the hotel.

Their service is excellent! Was showed around the property upon check in. This property is also environmental friendly, all water bottles are made from plant based. The buffet breakfast & dinner was good.
