The Space:

This beautiful home is located in the heart of Tamarindo, 800 meters from downtown and the beach., so you'll find everything within walking distance or you can rent a golf cart to move easily around. This vacation rental is specially designed for families of big groups. The infinity pool is definitely something you're going to love, great for those seeking a good time to refresh and enjoy the warm breeze and the sound of the surrounding nature.



High ceilings and sliding doors provide plenty of light and freshness. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook as easily as at home. There is also a bar with stools or given the open space concept, you can eat on the couch that has plenty of room and cable TV at the 75" Smart screen and Bose sound system to enjoy your series or movies very comfortably. There’s also a half bath downstairs.



All of the bedrooms have high-quality lines and mattresses for you to feel hugged and rest very comfy. Each bedroom has TV, A/C, ceiling fans and a private bathroom. The first room is downstairs and has 2 Queen Beds. Upstairs there is another room with a king bed and a master bedroom also with a king bed. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Upstairs by the master bedroom, there is a complete outside entertainment area with a ping pong table for those who are seeking more action, there is also a nice outdoor dining table with benches and a BBQ grill by the pool. Imagine the howler monkeys and sunsets by the pool while barbecuing or just jumping in the pool after a good surf session or a day sunbathing at the beach.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
