Petit hôtel tranquille

Nous sommes allés au mois de mars. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. La chambre n’était pas très grande, mais propre. Accès internet depuis la chambre et qui fonctionne assez bien, mais est meilleur vers la réception. L’hôtel se trouve un peu à l’écart du centre ville. C’est bien pour dormir tranquille. C’est petit hôtel avec 6 ou 7 chambres. Nous nous y étions tous seul. Bon petit déjeuner. Le service est un peu holé holé, mais sympathique.

Peaceful but close walk to town

I felt secure and it was peaceful, with a quick 10 minute walk you are in town. I stayed in Nautical room. The bed and linens were comfy.

Very nice and quite place to stay in tamarindo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This property is a breath of fresh air from the minute you step inside the gate. It truly lives up to it's name and is very serene. The decor is fun and tasteful. The rooms were clean and cozy. We met the owner and felt like we were staying with friends or family versus at a hotel. Our kids had a great time in the pool and we were served a wonderful breakfast before our departure. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience!

Due to a problem of overbooking in the hotel, I’ve agreed to be redirected to the hotel In The Shadow suggested by Sirena Serena hotel. Since the conditions of my original booking were not kept (I’ve specifically requested twin beds), the person receiving us in In The Shadow hotel was not nice or helpful at all when I’ve raised the point about the twin beds. Instead of being nice and helpful, the person receiving us proposed that the solution would be for us to pay for an extra room for the night that we’ve arrived and on the next day they would move us to a twin bed room. When trying to contact Sirena Serena hotel, this was only possible through the Hotels.com app and as no one was helping to sort the issue, I’ve had to end out booking a new hotel. Not sure if this was just an unfortunate situation or if it’s something recurrent, but I was not impressed with the service at all and would not recommend this hotel, even if the photos and description seem lovely.

We are sorry for your situation and this is not a regular occurrence . As you mentioned we were very responsive on the hotels.com app as this was your booking platform. You stopped communication with us as we were willing to help. Again, we are very sorry for the way the other hotel treated you and that it was not a good option for you. Overbookings are tough and we will work to find better alternative options in the future if this happens again.

lækkert hotel

skønt hotel med en fantastisk indrettet pool område. lækre værelse og en dejlig hjælpsom personale. Høj sikkerhed. tæt på strand og centrum. absolut anbefalesværdi.
