Overall, the property itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodated my family. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay and were very disappointing.The Wi-Fi did not work at all for the duration of our stay. We raised this with the owner, however no solution was offered while we were there—we were simply told it would be fixed after we left.In addition, hot water was only available in one of the three bathrooms, making it very inconvenient for our family. The remote control in the main bedroom also did not work and, once again, after notifying the owner, we were only advised it would be repaired once we had checked out.The coffee machine was also in an unacceptable condition. When we went to refill it, it was dirty and appeared as though it had not been cleaned for quite some time. The BBQ starter was also not working, meaning we were unable to use it as intended.While the home itself is lovely, these issues had a significant impact on our stay. What was most disappointing was not only the number of problems, but the lack of any effort to resolve them during our visit. For the price of the accommodation, we expected these basic amenities to be functional and for issues raised during our stay to be addressed promptly.
