Imagine Florida waterfront beautiful winters with heated pool and nearby restaurants with ample space to take your morning walks to the nearby beach area to watch the sunrise or enjoy a nice beverage of choice to watch the sunsets from the screened in lanai and then you can imagine staying here at #113 Anchor Point. Take an Uber to Downtown Tampa/Ybor City just minutes away or take in the Theater. There is so much to do including our new name: Champa as we host the recent champions of just about every sport! 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. See you soon!

Vacation

The condo was great. The location was great. The neighbors we ran into were friendly and helpful. Perfect location had a great view. The owner was very nice. Great place to get away for a couple months a lot less traffic than being around Tampa and Bradington.
