Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Gated place which was nice. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here! The host was very helpful and friendly, easy to communicate with.

The host was great & answered most of my questions in a timely manner. The community was gated, so it felt safe & everyone we interacted with was friendly. The only reason why I gave this rental 4 stars is because the floor wasn't clean. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. I thought it was the cleaner that was used, but our socks turned black from walking on the floors. I'd also suggest getting rugs that can be easily thrown in the washer after each use. It would have been nice to know about the quirks with the door before arrival. The door can be very finiky when opening & locking. Overall, it was a nice stay, though. I'd say, it was stocked with almost everything for our stay. The soap in the shower was nice, towels were soft, & the bed was comfy. The community is older & needs a little refresh, but it wasn't bad. We couldn’t get the hot tub hot & not all the jets were working, so that was a little disappointing. That has nothing to do with the host, though.

It was a very nice stay in a safe, gated property. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in. The property is connected to the river with nice views as well!

Host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The condo is immaculately clean and comfortable. Bed is super comfy and shower heads are great. It’s in a gate community so I felt very safe. Will definitely keep the condo in mind when back in Tampa!
