OVERVIEW
The home has a keyless lock with self check-in. Once you enter, you will immediately feel at home. With comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms, you will be able to destress in this retreat. The living areas are open concept so your group will be able to socialize & mingle. The home has high-speed wi-fi with accommodating workspaces.

BEDROOMS
The home sleeps 6 people comfortably in the beds with one bed in each bedroom for optimal privacy.
- The master bedroom m has a king-sized bed. There is an attached en-suite bathroom with a dual-vanity and two showers (one of which has a bathtub).
- The other two bedrooms both have a queen-sized bed with a shared bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower.
- Additional bedding is provided if you'd like to host additional guests and utilize the couch as a sleeping space.

BATHROOMS
This home has 2 bathrooms, but 3 showers!
- The en-suite that is attached to the master bedroom has a dual vanity and two showers; one is a shower/tub combo and the other is a walk-in shower stall.
- The second bathroom is located in between the second and third bedrooms. It has beautiful marble countertops and a glass walk-in shower.

Bathrooms are stocked with all of your essentials like toilet paper, shower towels, and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and even 'just in case' extras like q-tips, flossers, hair ties, and makeup remover wipes.

LIVING AREA
The living room has a large comfortable sectional with a 55" smart TV and is open to the well-stocked kitchen and dining room so you are able to socialize with your entire group. The large couch is comfortable and cozy and welcomes an additional 2 people to sleep on it if wanted. Bedding is provided.

KITCHEN
The full galley kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as a coffee maker and coffee bar, toaster, digital food scale, and blender. All dishware and silverware is provided, as well as pots, pans, and storage containers. We also provide items such as cooking spray and spices. The Keurig coffee pot takes both ground coffee and pods. We provide you with a few pods and ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar and sugar substitutes, and creamers to get you started as well.

AMENITIES
- A full-sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and dryer balls are included.
- The gym includes cardio equipment such as a spin bike, Gronk water rower, and a Maxi Climber. We also have light dumbbells, light kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, a heavy bag, a jump rope, a climbing wall, and monkey rings.
- An iron and ironing board are available for you to look your spiffiest.
- We provide a pack n' play if you have little ones. Linens for this pack n' play are not provided at this time.
- Handmade Turkish towels are provided for the hot tub.
- Two sets of sheets are provided per bed.
- Extra towels and washcloths are provided and are located next to the washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING
- The back patio has a beautiful, large outdoor sectional across from the hot tub. The hot tub holds 4 adults at one time. Ages 18+ only.
- The front patio includes a small patio set for you to enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise.

PARKING
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars at one time. Please do not park on the street. The street is narrow at both entrances so only one car can fit at a time; please ensure you are not blocking this path. Please do not park on the grass.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- For stays longer than one week, the hot tub will require a weekly check-up to ensure chemicals are balanced. We will communicate with you and provide at least a 24-hour notice before we come out. To do this, we do not need to access the inside of the house.
- For stays longer than one week, we may need to mow the lawn. Again, we will give you a 24-hour notice before we come out. To do this, we do not need to access the inside of the house.

ADDITIONAL INFO
This was our first house together as a family, it is very special to us. Please treat it as your own, pick up after yourselves, and treat it with respect. Remember, this is someone's house, not a hotel.

PETS
Please inquire for approval prior to booking. Cats are not accepted due to severe allergies for guests.
- Pet fee is $175 for up to two dogs. No more than 2 dogs allowed.
- Stays over 14 nights must be pre-approved and will include a $100 security deposit in addition to the pet fee.

This pet fee covers the extra cleaning that is required; it does not cover any potential damages or excessive smell.
All pets must be up to date on vaccines and must be flea & tick-free. Documentation will be requested.
*Please note that pets (dogs only, cats are not accepted) do occasionally stay at this property in case someone in your group has severe allergies.

SPECIAL EVENTS/CONCIERGE SERVICES
We are happy to accommodate special events (attendance must be reflected in the reservation and cannot exceed 8 people) and set them up for you. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. If the request is made less than 7 days in advance, feel free to inquire and we will let you know if we can get it done for you.

- Pet Friendly Stay:
- Includes new bedding, bowls, waste bags, and toys.
