We chose this hotel bevause we are Hilton Rewards members, we typically love Hampton Inn and ee needed to be close to the airport for a 4:30 am leave time. While we didnt use the ahuttle, we appreciate that it's available. This property is one of the worst that we have stayed at. I didn't realize how terrible the parking is, as ee psrked between the lines and so did everyone else, although there is no way to really get out of the car, or into it wothout hotting the car next to you. It's tight and uncalled for. Bad planning there. We went in and were checked in by friendly staff, although disgusted to get to a room with an excessive amount of hair caked across the bottom outside of the shower. There was hair in the "clean" bed and also something questionable on one of the "clean" towels displayed on the shelf. The room was nice but nothing felt clean about it. I mentioned this to the desk, although also with getting in for a pre sunrise flight, we just wanted to go to bed and desl with that. We didn't get what we paid for here. You teuly need to coach your housekeeping supervisor/manager.

The staff were friendly! The breakfast was awesome! My main dislikes were the carpet in the rooms and no communication about the shuttle upon checking in. Carpet in hotels is just gross to me. I paid fora Lyft back to the airport because they ran every hour.

I was very pleased with the overall experience during my recent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Moreover, the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any needs. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Easy check in. Quiet room although the air con was noisy at night. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Nice area to walk in nearby. Gym's fancy bike inoperable and no tv control. Tiny area to work out in. Tiny pool. Bahama Breeze nearby. Easy access to highway.

Worth a second stay!

The hotel was in decent condition. Clean, functional and accessible. There were some small issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance, but were just annoying to me. The saving grace and what made the stay excellent; THE STAFF. Every single one of them were so warm, inviting and helpful. I would stay there again! Staff makes any experience wonderful or horrible, the Hampton Inn group made my stay one worth repeating.
