Far from the claims of a 4 star hotel, 3 at best.  $25 for the breakfast buffet of powdered eggs that is probably free at the Fairfield next door. Do yourself a favor and find the closest First Watch for breakfast. $25/day to park and now have to dispute a parking ticket.  I have all of the receipts for parking, but the fact that I have to spend time disputing parking a week after my stay is a frustrating inconvenience.

Decent hotel when staying by the airport. Airport shuttle begins at 5am so if you have early flight, you may need to get Uber/Lyft.

Th staff was kind. First hotel room the air conditioning was not working at all. I called the front desk receptionist he quickly changed me to a new hotel room. The new hotel room the air conditioner was working. However, the shower was stopped up. It was so late upon arrival I was exhausted and did not have time to then call the staff up again to have my room changed again. The shower backed all the way up to my ankles. It was disgusting the furniture and the establishment itself is outdated and needs to be updated. The only positive was the actual staff was very kind and friendly

Staff was very helpful. They held our luggage while we went exploring because our room wasn’t ready. I was on a walker and they gave me a room that accommodated my needs. We left our wallet in room at check out and the hotel driver was nice about returning to pick it up before heading to airport. The cold water in lobby was amazing. Staff very friendly.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were pleasant enough, the area is walkable, but there is not much around except for major stores like target.If they had more restaurants around, it would be a five for location. They do, however, provide an airport transportation, which makes it a plus

I had an 8 hour layover and this hotel was super convenient. I called and asked for the shuttle bus to get me and it came within 15 mins. They have a restaurant within the hotel which was really good and the staff was super nice

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Pablo was very welcoming and hospitable and checked in with me to see how things were going. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pool area was spacious enough and pool temp was perfect. I really enjoyed the shuttle service that dropped you off anywhere within a 3 mile radius and picked you back up. Yvette was also exceptional during my check out. I look forward to returning.

I found the rooms to be cleaned very well, however the cafe and buffet breakfast needed attention. Utensils and plates were not well cleaned. There were flies - and DOZENS of fruit flies all over the fruit and yogurt station. Very disappointing. I was only there one day. I would stay again, but i dont know if i would dine again on the property.

I had such a great stay but was later notified by my bank that I was double charged. After jumping through several hoops and being transferred over and over again..I ended up having to dispute the charge directly with my bank. Times are hard right now…Hilton needs to be more careful. It shouldn’t have been this difficult to get into contact with someone at Hilton who could handle my issue.
