Bad attitude at check in

Front desk receptionist seemed to hate her job and acted bothered to help anyone check in, it really soured the entire stay. It was a studio with a stove and fridge which were great but there were no plates, utensils or cooking pans. There was even dish soap and a sponge, just nothing to use it on.

I was disappointed that there were no room darkening curtains. I needed to sleep for an early morning flight. The AC was very loud which made sleeping almost impossible. Everything else was fabulous. The people that answer the phone, the employees in the hotel… super!
