Arrived and there was painting going on in lobby that we were not informed would be taking place. Body wash container in bathroom was empty. Breakfast seemed uninspiring with little choice. Muffins or breakfast roll addition would help. Parking was easy but maybe members should get it free. Room was clean but blinds did not work.

We only stayed one night. The treatment I was receiving from Moffitt Cancer Center made it difficult for my wife to rest comfortably. The staff was excellent! The room was right across from the elevator bay, which made it a little noisy. Anyway, all things considered I would probably stay there again.

Room was nice but on smaller side. Area not the greatest/ safe looking but they are very busy with tourist for the proximity to a theme park. I was in town for business so that didn’t apply to me. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast pretty good. They do charge $12 a day parking which I didn’t realize. Feel that’s steep and my company prefers to not pay parking fees so I will have to factor that in for future stays.

I will lead off with the fact that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I like to sleep with the AC to be down cold and it would not let me set it below 69° but that ended up being a chilly 69 and wasn't a problem. In my experience the Google cast feature in Hyatt hotels does not work very well and that was the same at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Noisy toilet and loud AC unit were my only real complaints.
