Home away from home
Posted Feb. 22, 2024 on HotelsRoost is an amazing spot with convenience dialed all the way up to 11. I booked a 2bdrm while my brother booked a 1bdrm and we loved it. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Inside there’s just about every amenity you would have at your house but with an amazing view. The bed and linen could be better and the water could be softer. Other than that, I am choosing Roost over all other options for everything. Roost is an amazing value. I have booked twice already and will likely book again in the future. My brother stated that he would book again in the future as well.

This is a luxury residential property with excellent parking, super helpful front desk staff and walkable to the Arena. Street is lined with trees lit with lights which made for a nice evening view.

A very positive experience overall, but the dishwasher was too hard to figure out! And the 2 pages of instructions they printed for me were nuts!!! We ended up buying paper plates to use bc after about 8 attempts to figure out dishwasher -and even visit from friendly maintenance guy, it kept beeping and we had lots of water pooling. Please simplify!!

Very nice room and amenities! Only down side was the room was next to the garage, so I was awakened by party goers at 3am.

Walking distance to arena and many dining options. Parking garage is expensive and inconvenient during checkin. Shared common area suites feel like college dorm spaces. Rooms are tiny, not suitable for couples, families or traveling with more than one suitcase. Walls are thin. Found it odd that there weren’t any sheets on bed, only a duvet. Would stay again if visiting the arena for a short visit but would select larger room. Front desk and cleaning staff were pleasant.
