The hotel had no hot water. Could not cancel reservation. Charged me for one night and said I could leave and not be charged for second night if there was no hot water in the morning. There wasn't and I was charged for second night two days later. Front desk clerk was never at the front desk.

Changed rooms twice then we left. 1st room had hair in the bed. The 2nd room had people banging countinously on the floor to the point my young daughter was scared and crying. The front desk gentleman was very nice . He told me he had trouble all day with the people banging and they won't answer the door. .Do not recommend!
