House directly over the lake

House Kilstrand stands under pines directly on the water edge on Sävensee. Both bedrooms and the large living room have an unobstructed view of the lake, over which the house is perched. The house is equipped with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sauna. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. The whole house exudes cosiness. The boat is located directly on the property, a small path leads down to the water. In sight, there is the sandy beach, which is unparalleled in the area. Especially for children it is well suited. Due to its size and length of 15 km, the lake has its own climate, sometimes lovely and mild, sometimes stormy and rough. The property is at the end of a small settlement. The houses nestle on one side of the path in the steep bay and on the other side of the forest provides protection. In summer, the sun rises on one side of the bay and at the other end under. If you want to vacation with friends, there is the possibility to rent the Fjällstuga next door as well.
