Hotel is very close to a MRT station about 30 mins ride to Taoyuan airport. Front desk is nice and efficient. Room is comfortable but a bit noisy from the street traffic. Good breakfast.

The contact with the reception lady was very unpleasant. She was very impatient and didn’t want to answer my second question of which both the questions were very simple. The first one was “the direction of airport transit station “. She finger pointed. The second question was “Is there a sign?”. She was silent and looked at me Only.

The property is located in a nice area and is safe but I didn't the fact that there was no heat in the rooms at all. The temperatures had fallen to 10-12C. The Hotel could not even provide a space heater. It made it very uncomfortable
