The living area provides direct access to the roofed terrace of 12 m2, where you can enjoy the outdoor setting with terrace furniture and deck chairs. An open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and opens onto an entrance hall.
