For younger guests, there is a children's pool (3.5x2.5 meters) with a constant depth of 0.40m, providing a safe spot for little ones to play. The surrounding lawn area is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

This flat is situated on the first floor, accessible by elevator. Outside, you’ll find a charming terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco. Just a few steps up lead to a private attic terrace offering stunning mountain views—an ideal spot to unwind.Inside, everything is laid out on a single floor.
