This was a very nice hotel! There was a water issue when we arrived and the day after but that’s just what happens sometimes, the boiler had went out so they was fixing it for the first couple days. They was very sorry for the inconvenience and tried everything to make it better. Things like this unfortunately happen sometimes, just like at home. You get it fixed and move on! But other than that it was in a great quiet location, the food on the property was delicious, and the staff was great and accommodating! Couldn’t ask for anything better! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed there Saturday and Sunday nights. On Sunday afternoon received a letter from the hotel that there will be NO water from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. Was not able to flush toilet after 10 p.m. which is tolerable. Woke up at 8 a.m. there still NO water to shower or wash face, etc. It is not acceptable for a "4-Stars" hotel. Wished we stayed at some other hotel.

While I am sure that in a normal stay this is a lovely hotel, for our stay it was not great at the end. on our final day of our three night stay, the hotel gave a letter in our room that we did not get until late afternoon that said the water would be shut off for maintenance from 10 o’clock until 3 AM. At 9 o’clock all the water was shut off and we checked out the next day at 9 o’clock and water had still not been turned on. we were not given notice with enough time to find another hotel to stay at. And due to the fact, it was essentially during sleeping hours when the water was turned off, we thought it would be OK and we would just sleep through it. However, considering the water was never restored it was an unbearable experience. Hotel manager, comped one night of stay, which was appreciated, but the failure of managerial staff to actually notify patrons in advance to make other arrangements was unacceptable.
