Coffe tea and sugar at property. GREAT LOCATION Few minutes walk to riverside, old down, Tartu New Theatre and central Tartu with its many shops and Pubs. 10min walk to ERM (Estonian National Museum). Nice views to old town, Botanical Garden and River Emajõgi.
