I arrived around 9pm to discover that the hotel gave out my room that was prepaid. They simply said sorry your booking is not in the system, expedia failed to send it to us. But when i started calling expedia, the hotel staff tried to divert me and offered a way cheaper hotel, portraying it as a favor and as of equal value - and even suggested that they take me and my daughter by hotel car there. Thanks i checked, and the alternative they offered was much lower in ratings - otherwise would have fallen into the trap. I insisted on calling expedia, they gradually increased they offer by offering a better hotel, then said that one guest is moving out and we can move into that room in 20 minutes - but by then it was about an hour of wasted time and i was tired after a long trip = and when i declined they started blackmailing me saying that they videotaped that they offered me an alternative and i refused etc. Thanks to Expedia customer service my problem was solved and i moved to a nice Europa hotel. and NO to this hotel
