The good side is the location, it’s in front of the lake and you can just walk down to the lake. Most places are walkable, just 10-15 mins walk from the centre. The facility is so so. But the problem is something’s wrong with the shower. Cold shower is fine but when I increase the temperature, the water pressure becomes too strong to the point it even hurts my skin. It’s crazy. And no tissue provided, only toilet paper in the bathroom. Not very convenient to check in. They don’t have onsite reception and the only option is to call the property. When we arrived, we were struggling to open the lockbox and called the property for help. The first staff that I talked to wasn’t patient, friendly or helpful at all. Don’t really feel welcomed. Overall experience is not bad but not good as well. I don’t think I will stay there next time.

There was sufficient parking for the number of occupied rooms. Access is quite tight though. Gaining entry to our room was made unnecessarily awkward, as there isn't any 'Attendant' on site. The promised email with entry instructions didn’t get sent, as apparently the booking company don't communicate the necessary email addresses to the and the management company. The room smelled musty, but did contain all the necessary fixtures and fittings.

Requested wheelchair access room. It was a good thing we did not bring the wheelchair due to room constraints in our car. Room had small lip into it. Wheelchair antitip wheels would have damaged it. Turn into bathroom is tight. May not have made it round. No shower chair in shower. I’m not showering in my wheelchair. Hand rail by toilet useable but not ideal. Noisy Air Conditioning unit outside kitchen window. It was not ours. Good thing I can use crutches otherwise this would have been bad instead of very bad. Also picture above bed fall down but before we checked in. Note there are no staff onsite.

This property was good value. The unit was clean and tidy and was also quiet. Convenient to shops and eateries. Only disappointment is that I had phoned ahead and requested wheelchair accessability for showering as I had had a recent knee operation, and on arrival the shower was over the bath.

Check in was disorganised. The motel rang me 2 days beforehand and I gave them my email as requested. Yet on the day no instructions were sent to me. When I rang they said they didn't have my email or correct number ( this despite having rung me 2 days earlier). Room was ok but there was no bathroom basin plug and dirty glasses in the kitchen cupboard.

The unit was clean, but probably won't book again. This is rated 4 star and I'm not certain how it is graded as 4 star, because it had faults. Firstly, you are asked to give a credit card as security even though i had paid, for any damage caused by us staying, but we should be given a discount for the faults. It seems others have complained about the condition of their unit in the past and no improvements have been made. 1. Old blood on sheets and pillow case, obviously washed but strain still remains. 2. Dining room chairs very loose and chairs fragile and really need replacing. 3. Beds are uncomfortable. 4. Towels are raggy around the edges. 5.
