We loved staying at the hotel, and had a memorable visit into Taupo. The inn keepers were very kind and friendy offering recommendation and went above and beyond for us; plus we loved meeting their two adorable cats.

Aircon and towel rack had been turned on before check in. Owner and staff are super friendly. The room was clean, well maintained and very warm for our two nights in August. Nice view from living room and balcony. Heated pool and hot tub are nice too. Shopping centre and restaurants are nearby. Lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club is just across the road and our 3yo enjoyed a morning walk and playing at lakefront. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to couples and families.
